40 mg once daily for GORD; 20-40 mg once daily for NSAID-induced ulcers.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

- Atazanavir

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to esomeprazole
- HIV medications (atazanavir, nelfinavir)
