    Indication

    Treatment of adult patients with DLBCL.

    Dosage (summary)

    1.8 mg/kg IV every 21 days for 6 cycles with R-CHP or BR.

    Special Populations

    • Geriatric use
    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Not recommended in pregnancy; use contraception during treatment and for 9 months after. Discontinue breastfeeding during treatment and for 3 months after.

    Key Drug Interactions

    • CYP3A inhibitors
    • CYP3A inducers

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to polatuzumab vedotin

    • Peripheral neuropathy
    • Nausea
    • Neutropenia
    • Diarrhea
