Indication
Treatment of adults with XDR or treatment-intolerant MDR tuberculosis.
Dosage (summary)
200 mg orally once daily for 26 weeks, in combination with bedaquiline and linezolid.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity to pretomanid
- Use with contraindicated drugs
- Pregnancy and lactation

- Anaemia
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Visual impairment
- Increased transaminases
