Dosage (summary)

Adults: 20 mg once daily; can increase to 40 mg if needed.

  • Elderly
  • Impaired renal function
  • Impaired hepatic function

  • Atazanavir
  • Clopidogrel
  • Digoxin

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to omeprazole
  • Concomitant use with nelfinavir
