Indication

Dosage (summary)
85 mg/mu00b2 IV every 2 weeks for adults.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly patients
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding; may cause teratogenic effects.

- Bone marrow failure
