Indication
Untreated hypothyroidism.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: Initially 50-100 u03bcg daily, adjust by 50 u03bcg every 3-4 weeks.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Thyroxine dosage may need adjustment during pregnancy; monitor TSH levels.
