    Indication

    Treatment of GIST, MRCC, and pNET.

    Dosage (summary)

    GIST/MRCC: 50 mg daily for 4 weeks, then 2-week rest. pNET: 37.5 mg daily.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly patients
    • Hepatic impairment
    • Renal impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.

    • CYP3A4 inhibitors
    • CYP3A4 inducers

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to sunitinib
    • Pregnancy
    • Lactation

    • Fatigue
    • Diarrhoea
