Indication

Starting dose: 10 mg once daily; may increase to 25 mg if needed.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

- Increased risk of hypoglycaemia with insulin or sulphonylureas
- Diuretics may increase dehydration risk
