Indication

Dosage (summary)
One tablet orally once daily, regardless of food.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use during pregnancy may increase risk of neural tube defects; not recommended during breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Rifampicin decreases dolutegravir levels
- Metformin increases risk of lactic acidosis
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to components
- Moderate/severe hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment (creatinine clearance < 80 mL/min)
- Patients < 18 years
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
