Starting dose: 30 mg once daily; max dose: 70 mg/day.

Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly patients > 55 years
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; contraindicated in breastfeeding.
