Dosage (summary)
1.5 mg/mu00b2 IV infusion over 24 hours for liposarcoma/leiomyosarcoma; 1.1 mg/mu00b2 IV after PLD for ovarian cancer.

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding; effective contraception required.
