Indication
Treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
Dosage (summary)
5 mg once daily, may increase to 10 mg if tolerated; 10 mg once daily with tadalafil.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; potential teratogenic effects.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to ambrisentan
- Pregnancy
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

- Anaemia
- Headache
- Palpitations
- Flushing
- Fluid retention

- Monitor for signs of hepatic injury
- Avoid in pregnancy
- Report any signs of anaemia
