Metastatic breast cancer, advanced ovarian cancer, multiple myeloma, AIDS-related Kaposi's sarcoma.
Dosage (summary)
50 mg/mu00b2 IV every 4 weeks for breast/ovarian cancer; 30 mg/mu00b2 IV on day 4 of bortezomib regimen; 20 mg/mu00b2 IV every 2-3 weeks for AIDS-KS.
Special Populations
- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
- Elderly patients
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to potential teratogenic effects.
