Indication
Management of testicular and small cell lung tumors, and malignant lymphomas.
Dosage (summary)
50-100 mg/mu00b2/day IV for days 1-5 or 100 mg/mu00b2 on days 1, 3, 5, every 3-4 weeks.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Teratogenic; avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity
- Severe hepatic dysfunction
- Bone marrow depression
- Renal impairment
- Recent chickenpox or herpes zoster
