400 mg on day 1, then 200 mg daily for cryptococcal meningitis; 150 mg as a single dose for vaginal candidiasis.

Special Populations

  • Renal impairment
  • Elderly

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy; found in breast milk.

  • Terfenadine

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to fluconazole
  • Co-administration with terfenadine at high doses
