Dosage (summary)
375 mg/mu00b2 IV weekly for 4 doses for NHL; 1000 mg IV for RA; adjust for CLL and GPA/MPA.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 30 mins, Duration: variable based on indication.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Paediatric population
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding during and 12 months after treatment.

- Hypersensitivity to rituximab
- Active severe infections
- Severe heart failure
