- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Risk of neural tube defects; use with caution in pregnancy. Not recommended for breastfeeding.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to dolutegravir
- Moderate/severe hepatic impairment
