- Anticholinesterases in myasthenia gravis
- Hepatic enzyme inducers

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to betamethasone
- Systemic fungal infections
- Peptic ulceration

- Increased susceptibility to infections
- Cushing's syndrome
- Hypokalaemia

- Take with food to reduce GI upset
- Avoid exposure to infections
- Monitor for mood changes
Serious warnings
- Risk of myocardial rupture post-MI
- Adrenal suppression with prolonged use
- Psychiatric disturbances
