Apply 2-3 times daily to affected areas.

- Children under 1 year
- Patients with diabetes mellitus
- Patients with tuberculosis
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; safety during lactation not established.

- CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g. ritonavir, itraconazole)
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to betamethasone
- Rosacea
- Acne vulgaris
- Skin infections
- Pregnancy
Common side effects
- Local skin burning
- Pruritus
- Atrophy of the epidermis
- Cushingoid features

- Use occlusive dressings for enhanced effect
