- Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Risk of neural tube defects in pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Rifampicin decreases dolutegravir levels
- Metformin contraindicated
- Antacids decrease absorption
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to dolutegravir
- Moderate/severe hepatic impairment
- Dofetilide
- Pilsicainide
