Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: Initial 25 mg daily, increase to 100-200 mg. Children: 0.6 mg/kg/day.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use in pregnancy only if benefits outweigh risks; monitor levels. Caution in breastfeeding.
