    Indication

    Management of testicular and small cell lung tumors, and malignant lymphomas.

    Dosage (summary)

    50-100 mg/mu00b2/day IV for days 1-5 or 100 mg/mu00b2 on days 1, 3, 5, every 3-4 weeks.

    Special Populations

    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Teratogenic; avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

    • Ciclosporin
    • Cisplatin
    • Warfarin
    • Phenytoin

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity
    • Severe hepatic dysfunction
    • Bone marrow depression
    • Renal impairment
    • Recent chickenpox or herpes zoster

    • Myelosuppression
    • Nausea
    • Vomiting
    • Alopecia
    • Hypotension

    Counselling Points

    • Use effective contraception during and after treatment.
