    Indication

    Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting.

    Dosage (summary)

    Adults: 1 mg twice daily or 2 mg once daily for CINV; 1-3 mg IV before chemotherapy.

    Onset of Action / Duration

    Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 9 hours

    Special Populations

    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment
    • Elderly

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Key Drug Interactions

    • Phenobarbital
    • Ketoconazole

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to granisetron
    • Children under 2 years
