Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use during pregnancy may increase risk of neural tube defects; not recommended during breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Efavirenz requires dolutegravir dose adjustment to 50 mg twice daily.
- Avoid co-administration with dofetilide and pilsicainide.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to components
- Moderate and severe hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment (creatinine clearance < 80 mL/min)
- Pregnancy and lactation
- Women of childbearing age not using effective contraception
