Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults < 60 years: 2.5 mg IV; Adults u2265 60 years: 1-1.5 mg IV.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 2 mins, Duration: 1.5-2.5 hours
Special Populations

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; excreted in breast milk.
