Adults: 2 tablets of RILOVIA 200/50 twice daily.
Special Populations
- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety in pregnancy not established; avoid breastfeeding to prevent HIV transmission.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity
- Severe hepatic insufficiency
Common side effects
- Diarrhoea
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Hypertriglyceridaemia
- Hypercholesterolaemia
Counselling Points
- Take with or without food
- Do not chew or crush tablets
- Monitor for signs of pancreatitis
Serious warnings
- Risk of pancreatitis
- Increased bleeding in haemophilia
- Immune reactivation syndrome
