Adults: 50-100 mg every 4-6 hours, max 400 mg/day.

Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 6-8 hours

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy or lactation.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tramadol
- Acute intoxication with alcohol or opioids
- Epilepsy
- Respiratory depression
- Increased intracranial pressure
