Initial 50 mg, then 100 mg twice daily; max 200 mg twice daily.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Not established; contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

  • Hypersensitivity to tramadol
  • Acute intoxication with CNS depressants
  • Narcotic withdrawal treatment
  • Respiratory depression
