Indication
Prevention and treatment of thromboembolic events.
Dosage (summary)
20 mg once daily for SPAF; 15 mg twice daily for 3 weeks, then 20 mg once daily for DVT/PE.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
