Indication
Treatment of invasive fungal infections.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: Loading dose 6 mg/kg every 12 hours for 24 hours, then 3 mg/kg twice daily. Children: Loading dose 6 mg/kg every 12 hours, then 4 mg/kg every 12 hours.
Special Populations
- Hepatic impairment
- Children under 2 years
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
