Indication
Superficial corticosteroid responsive dermatoses.
Dosage (summary)
Apply 1 to 3 times daily; reduce to once daily or 2-3 times weekly after improvement.
Special Populations
- Children under 2 years
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to hydrocortisone butyrate
- Viral, bacterial, mycotic, and parasitic infections
- Ulcerous skin lesions
- Corticosteroid-induced adverse reactions
Common side effects
- Skin atrophy
- Pruritis
- Dermatitis
- Erythema
- Rash

- Apply only to affected areas
- Wash hands after application
- Avoid use on broken skin
Serious warnings
- Avoid contact with eyes
- Risk of systemic adverse reactions
- Increased susceptibility to skin infections
