Indication

Treatment of COVID-19 in adults at risk for severe disease.

Dosage (summary)

300 mg nirmatrelvir (2 tablets) and 100 mg ritonavir (1 tablet) twice daily for 5 days.

Special Populations

  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment
  • Elderly

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Not recommended during pregnancy; breastfeeding should be discontinued during treatment and for 7 days after.

  • CYP3A inhibitors
  • CYP3A inducers
  • Colchicine

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to components
  • Severe hepatic impairment
  • Severe renal impairment

  • Dysgeusia
  • Diarrhoea
  • Vomiting
