Indication
Treatment of allergic disorders, nausea, and as a sedative.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: 25 mg IM/IV; may repeat every 2 hours. Children: 0.125 mg/kg every 4-6 hours.

- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; may cause drowsiness in breastfed infants.
