Indication

Dosage (summary)
Daily: Rifampicin 15 mg/kg (max 600 mg), Isoniazid 10 mg/kg (max 300 mg).
Special Populations
- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety not established; crosses placenta and excreted in breastmilk.

- Saquinavir/Ritonavir

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to rifampicin or isoniazid
- Jaundice
- Severe renal/hepatic impairment
