One tablet once daily for adults; not recommended for patients with volume or salt depletion.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Concomitant use with sacubitril/valsartan
- Potassium-sparing diuretics
- Lithium
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to zofenopril or hydrochlorothiazide
- History of angioedema
- Severe renal impairment
- Severe hepatic impairment
Common side effects
- Dizziness
- Cough
- Hypotension
- Hyperkalaemia

- Monitor blood pressure regularly
- Report any signs of angioedema
- Avoid potassium supplements
