Indication
Relief of acute attacks of gout.
Dosage (summary)
Initial dose 0.5-1 mg, then 0.5 mg every 2 hours until relief or GI symptoms occur; max 6 mg in 3 days.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; caution in breastfeeding.
