Dosage (summary)
100 mg/mu00b2 on days 1 and 2 every 4 weeks for CLL; 90 mg/mu00b2 + rituximab for NHL.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 4 weeks

- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
- Elderly patients
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
