    Dosage (summary)

    Loading dose of 300 mg twice daily on Day 1, then 300 mg once daily for maintenance.

    Special Populations

    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment
    • Elderly

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to potential risks.
