Indication
Monotherapy and adjunctive therapy for epilepsy.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: Start at 25 mg nightly, target 100 mg/day, max 400 mg. Children: 0.5-1 mg/kg nightly, target 3-6 mg/kg/day.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Teratogenic; contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.
