Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 50 mg initially, then 50-100 mg every 4-6 hours; max 400 mg/day.

- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tramadol
- Acute intoxication with CNS depressants
- Respiratory depression

- Children under 12 years
- Epilepsy
