Indication

Dosage (summary)
Loading: 6 mg/kg every 12 hours for 24 hours; Maintenance: 3-4 mg/kg every 12 hours.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; effective contraception required.
