- Hepatic impairment

Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation due to potential harm to fetus/newborn.

- Asthma
- Bradycardia
- Uncontrolled cardiac failure

- Monitor heart rate
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation

- Risk of bronchospasm
