    Dosage (summary)

    Initial dose: 20 mg once daily, adjusted to 60-120 mg.

    • Hepatic impairment
    • Hypothyroidism
    • Prostatic hypertrophy

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
