Dosage (summary)
20-40 mg IV, repeat after 2 hours if necessary; initial 40 mg for pulmonary edema.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 5 mins, Duration: 2-6 hours

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
